Job Description:

Mount Carmel Health System, a leader in patient care within central Ohio, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our dedicated team. This position will play a key role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across our five hospitals Mount Carmel East, West, St. Anns, New Albany, and Grove City. The ideal candidate will bring a versatile skill set to support various departments with clinical and non-clinical tasks to enhance the patient experience and improve clinical outcomes. Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care including recording vital signs, administering medical treatments, and observing patient conditions. Perform non-clinical tasks such as setting up medical equipment, preparing patient rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Participate in emergency medical procedures under the guidance of nursing and medical staff. Document patient interactions and care provided in patient electronic health records accurately and efficiently. Support patient mobility, transportation, and comfort in various hospital departments. Ability to perform basic clinical procedures Proficiency in using medical equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k CPR certification Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar credentials preferred
