Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Lexington, Kentucky, 40536! Pay
Information $2,052 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 14
weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2
years of experience in specialty required License: Compact or state
license required at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS,
NIH, PALS required Must-Have: - IR PACU experience with phase 1
recovery and ICU experience - Willingness to obtain PALS prior to
start Description: This position is for an IR PACU role. Rotating
start times of 7 AM and 8 AM. Call is not required initially but
will be implemented in the near future. 3-4 late stays will be
required every 6 weeks. Shift times may vary according to the needs
of the unit, with potential start times of 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM.
Candidates must have experience in phase 1 recovery and ICU.
Floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals may be
required. Response time for call is 1 hour. Weekday call hours are
from 8 PM to 6 AM. Weekend call is divided into two shifts: from 6
AM to 6 PM or from 6 PM to 6 AM. The weekend call period starts
Saturday at 6 AM and ends Monday morning at 6 AM. Call frequency is
anticipated to be 2-3 shifts per scheduled period of 6 weeks.
Additional requirements include the potential for floating to
complete patient recovery in the main PACU as needed.
