Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel PCU Float Pool RN – Nights Location: Columbus, OH Shift: Night Shift (3x12s) Unit Type: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Float Pool Contract Type: Travel / Temporary / Contract Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Float Pool RN to support various stepdown and telemetry units across multiple campuses, including Ross Heart Hospital, Brain & Spine Hospital, and Dodd Hall. This is a night shift position requiring flexibility and a strong clinical skill set to float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed. Unit Details: - Float Pool Assignment: May float to any PCU/stepdown area, and potentially across Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd campuses - Acuity Level: May float to units of equivalent or lower acuity - Patient Ratios: Typically 1:3–4 Apply today to join a top-tier float pool team delivering care where it’s needed most.
