Job Description MedHQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Columbus, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract This is a permanent/staff position, not a contract. /nSchedule: M-F, 7:00a to 4:00p; 40-hours/weekly/nNo weekends, no major holidays, no nights, no on-call/n/nEducation/Licensure/Certification Requirements:/n1. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)/n2. State license and/or fluoroscopic permit to practice radiologic technology/n3. Associate degree in science or successful completion of a formal educational program accepted by ARRT/n4. 1 year experience in general diagnostic, special procedures or cardiac catheterization/n5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification/n6. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification/n/nThe ideal candidate will have 1- 3 years of experience in general diagnostic, and special procedures, and cardiac catheterization; experience in IR and Cath Lab is a plus. The Radiological Technologist will assist the clinical team with vascular access procedures, maintaining a sterile field and providing support during pre and post-procedures.
