If yes, then look, no further.Omni Family of Services Ohio is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Regional Director Family Intervention Treatment Team (FITT).The Regional Director FITT is a position that provides administrative, and staff support for a specialized in-home stabilization program. The Regional Director FITT function can be generally described as coordinating the processes and workflows needed for a client's participation in the program, integrating the program into routine operations, and removing barriers for access to the program. The Regional Director FITT is also tasked with growing the program to include clients who are eligible to receive the services it provides. The Regional Director FITT is critical to the coordination of the activities a particular program outside of routine therapy or medication management services.The Regional Director FITT will have regularly scheduled work hours from the office and home setting as determined by the President/Executive Director.What you bring to this role:

• Must possess a full, independent clinical license to diagnose and render behavioral health services within the jurisdiction in which those services will be provided.
• A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work/life balance.
• Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
• master's degree in a behavioral health related field such as counseling, social work, or psychology and certifications with 3 years of qualifying experience working with mentally ill or emotionally disabled persons.
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
• Certification or company approved training in proper crisis prevention/de-escalation initiatives and universal precautions required.Our Company Benefits Include:
