Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
General Laborer role in Marion, OH. Our client is a
well-established industry leader known for innovation and a
commitment to delivering high-quality metal products. With a focus
on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining
excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process. Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Pay:
$17/hour (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: · Unload
parts from laser cutting machines safely and efficiently. · Clean
and prep metal parts using tools such as hand grinders and weld
cleaners. · Perform basic assembly of finished or semi-finished
components. · Inspect parts for quality and remove slag, burrs, or
debris as needed. · Maintain a clean and organized work area while
following company safety standards. · Assist with material handling
and movement of parts within the production area. · Work with team
members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. · Promptly
report any equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to
supervisors. · Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
while operating hand tools and equipment. Qualifications: · High
school diploma or equivalent preferred. · Previous experience in
manufacturing, metal fabrication, or general labor is a plus. ·
Experience using hand grinders, weld cleaners, or similar hand
tools preferred. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for
extended periods in a fast-paced environment. · Strong attention to
detail and commitment to producing quality work. · Reliable
attendance and strong work ethic. · Ability to work both
independently and as part of a team. What We Offer: · Competitive
