Base Off Shift Incentive – Flexible Schedules Responsibilities Set up and operate complex, precision jobs with minimal supervision CNC Programming, Editing and Set Up A PLUS Hold size and profile tolerances within .0002 Perform first piece in process inspection using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and dial gauges Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling Maintain clean, organized and safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required 1-3 years of CNC with operation or machining experience Demonstrated skill working in a team environment Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus DRT is a dynamic and growing organization that offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits including PTO and MEDICAL COVERAGE FROM DAY ONE!
