Job Description:
Job Summary: The Electronics Repair Technician is responsible
for diagnosing, troubleshooting, soldering , repairing, and testing
electronic assemblies and systems at the component level. This role
requires strong hands-on experience with electronic test equipment,
schematics, soldering and rework techniques , and complex circuit
components, including integrated circuits and advanced packaging
technologies. What You'll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair
electronic assemblies using tools such as an Oscilloscope (O?Scope)
and Digital Multimeter (DMM) Perform component-level
troubleshooting and repair, including soldering and desoldering of
through?hole and surface?mount components Interpret schematics,
wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to identify faults
Troubleshoot circuits containing transistors, integrated circuits
(ICs), BGA, and FPGA components Perform PCB rework, component
replacement, and corrective soldering to restore functionality
Verify functionality and performance after repair using standard
test procedures Document repair actions, soldering rework, test
results, and findings accurately Collaborate with engineering and
quality teams on recurring issues and design feedback Utilize CAD
drawings and PCB layouts to support troubleshooting, soldering, and
repair activities What We're Looking For: Experience using an
Oscilloscope / O?Scope and Digital Multimeter (DMM) Hands?on
soldering and desoldering experience at the component level Strong
ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Experience troubleshooting and repairing ICs, transistors, BGA, and
FPGA devices Familiarity with CAD layouts and PCB design concepts
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to perform
precise, detailed work in a fast?paced environment Preferred
Qualifications: Associate degree or technical certification in
Electronics or a related field Experience repairing complex
electronic assemblies or production hardware Advanced soldering,
