Job Description Job Description Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician Job Description This position involves maintaining a clean environment to meet the specific requirements for battery manufacturing. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for machine upkeep, projects, machinery installation, and troubleshooting of equipment. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing facility. Ensure optimal performance of electrical systems efficiently and safely, minimizing production downtime. Install and wire new electrical systems at or below 480V for manufacturing equipment and machinery. Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on electrical systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical circuits, control systems, motors, and provide necessary repairs. Repair or replace faulty components such as wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and motors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations regarding electrical installations and repairs. Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and production to coordinate electrical work on machines or systems. Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures and other safety protocols when working on electrical equipment. Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, maintenance, and inspections, and complete maintenance logs and reports. Why Work Here? This role offers tremendous learning and growth opportunities. Join a small team of only 4 current technicians, ensuring a collaborative and engaging work atmosphere Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
