Our client is seeking Production Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire position. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our client, you will work with a strong team of production leaders to ensure that day to day production runs smoothly. In this important role, you’ll focus on troubleshooting and repair for one of the country’s largest poultry producers. Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift Location: Fairfield, OH Pay Range: VERY competitive rates (Three Pay Levels Available, up to $40 per hour) Shift: 2 nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm & 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am - 1 weekend shift generally required What's the Job? Manufacturing equipment repair Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment. Mechanical diagnostics and repair Wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation. Work with a team to ensure equipment is operational. Perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment. Record and document maintenance performed. What's Needed? Manufacturing equipment repair experience - ideally 3-5 years – those with less experience, a strong desire to learn and who are team players are encouraged to apply Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
