Maintenance Reliability Engineer plays a key role in the
development and implementation of reliability strategies to improve
equipment performance and reduce downtime. In addition to

benefits! What You Will Do - Conduct root cause failure analysis on
equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent recurrence. -
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends
and areas for improvement. - Lead continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance reliability and maintenance practices. -
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel. -
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Determine
best maintenance practices for specific pieces of equipment. -
Generate and utilize Pareto Charts to identify and analyze
equipment failures to prioritize maintenance functions and
equipment improvements. - Conduct risk assessment and implement
risk mitigation methodologies (FMECA & RCM). - Be responsible for
the reliability and failure minimization of all equipment at the
plant. - Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams consisting of
Maintenance Managers, Process Engineers, Supervisors, Operators,
and Maintenance Technicians, using RCM, FMEA, and other
methodologies. Education & Experience Requirements - Bachelor’s
degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or
equivalent relevant experience. - 3 years' experience in
maintenance reliability engineering or a similar role. - Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in reliability
analysis tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM). - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of industry
standards and best practices in maintenance and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in reliability
engineering (e.g., Certified Reliability Engineer). - Experience
with predictive maintenance technologies and software. -
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management
