Engineer - Transmission Line Design, you will be at the forefront
of our financial industry's technological advancement, playing a
pivotal role in the design and implementation of transmission line
systems. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a

efficiency and success. Responsibilities 1. Design and develop
transmission line systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety,
and reliability in accordance with RUS procedures and
specifications. 2. Leverage your expertise in RUS data to conduct
comprehensive data analysis, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions that enhance our transmission line systems. 3. Oversee
the preparation of detailed engineering plans, designs,
specifications, and estimates. 4. Coordinate with various teams and
stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
5. Continually monitor and evaluate the performance of transmission
line systems, making necessary adjustments or improvements as
needed. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and
advancements, incorporating new and innovative design techniques
into your work. 7. Maintain compliance with all safety codes and
regulations in the design and implementation of transmission line
systems. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an
ABET accredited program is required. 2. Minimum of seven (7) years
of progressively responsible engineering experience, with a focus
on transmission line design. 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience
in a senior engineering role, preferably within the financial
industry. 4. Extensive knowledge of RUS data, procedures, and
specifications. 5. Proven experience in designing using line
performance and safety code. 6. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven
decisions. 7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability
to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight
deadlines. 8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and
stakeholders. 9. Commitment to staying current with the latest
industry trends and advancements. 10. Demonstrated commitment to
safety, with a thorough understanding of safety codes and
