Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a preschool Learning Center located in Carmel, IN, on a contract basis through the end of the current school year. This opportunity provides a supportive professional environment with a team of five SLPs, fostering collaboration and shared expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 67 preschool-aged children. - Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and implement therapy sessions tailored to each childs communication needs. - Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress. - Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies. - Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Qualifications: - Active SLP license in the state of Indiana is required. - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. - Experience working in school settings with preschool-age children is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and staff. Work Schedule and Location: - Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - Based at the Learning Center preschool in Carmel, IN. - Contract position starting ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year.
