School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school is
seeking a dedicated School Psychologist experienced in supporting
students across various grade levels, including elementary (K-5),
middle (6-8), and high school (9-12). This contract position, based
in Muncie, IN, offers an opportunity to make a significant impact
within a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student
needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to
develop and implement intervention plans. Provide counseling and
behavioral support to promote academic and social-emotional growth.
Assist in developing individualized education programs (IEPs) and
504 plans. Offer crisis intervention and support during critical
incidents. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to guide
student success strategies. Qualifications: Valid School
Psychologist certification or licensure. Experience working with
students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
Strong understanding of educational psychology and special
education laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting. Commitment
to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
