Compensation: $55,000 to $80,000 Annually (Based on experience and drive!) Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings! Schedule Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturdays (with a weekday off that week) Off Sundays! What We Offer: Paid PTO time off 401k retirement plans with generous company match Medical insurance HSA and FSA plans Dental care Vision coverage Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Critical illness insurance Hospital indemnity insurance Accident insurance Grief counseling Living will preparation Generous employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and services Requirements: Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with service check-in Communicate with technicians and explain vehicle issues and service needs to customers Recommend appropriate services and products Set clear expectations regarding time and cost estimates Manage repair orders from start to finish Ensure customer satisfaction at pickup Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores Qualifications 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer (preferred but not required) High school diploma or GED (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Computer skills (navigate multiple windows at a time, date entry, and able to learn new systems required!)
