Job Description:
Nesco has partnered with a company in the Lockbourne, Oh area.
They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the
front office. Qualified candidates will need to perform the
following duties: Responsible for recording data of shipping and
receiving errors Collaborate with the Inventory team for mis-ship
orders Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in
a timely manner Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they
do not occur again Respond to customer inquiries and refer to
appropriate personnel if unable to handle Perform other duties and
responsibilities as assigned Skills: Excellent customer service,
organization, and follow-through skills Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Ability to excel at details,
multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency Exceptional
interpersonal skills and desire to work as a team Must be
self-motivated Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word,
