Picking Supervisor to join our growing Outbound Team and
Fulfillment Center network. This individual will report into our
Outbound Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily
functions of the picking team to ensure that all items are picked
in a timely and accurate manner. If you are looking for a career

\n Location: 530,000 sq. ft. in Columbus, OH at 6085 Winchester
Pike, Columbus, OH 43110 \n Schedule: Monday through Friday, from
11:00am to 7:30pm EST \n Salary: $65,400 – $81,750 per year \n
Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through
Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm EST for the first week! \n
Responsibilities: \n \n Ensure the Picking Team is picking all Fast
Track shipments that come in on a daily basis while keeping a high
level of accuracy \n Wave orders and delegate specific assignments
when necessary \n Serve as the main point of contact for the
Customer Service Team in terms of high priority orders, incomplete
SKUs, order errors or any issues that come up that relate to the
Picking Team \n Train all team members on all operational processes
along with standard safety and organizational processes by working
with the Training Team \n Ensure that priority replenishments are
completed in a timely manner \n Track performance of each team
member and providing consistent feedback regularly along with
check-ins along with individual and departmental KPI success \n
Conduct monthly check-ins with each member of the Picking Team in
order to establish rapport and provide feedback \n Immediately
address all personnel and performance related incidents that arise
\n Ensure the Picking Associate’s timecards are accurate and up to
date \n Attend and participate in the HR Leadership meetings twice
a month \n Execute all process improvements developed and in
partnership with the Outbound Manager to support the growth \n
Execute all projects assigned by the Outbound Manager \n All
members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain
professional standards in the workplace \n \n Requirements: \n \n
High school diploma or GED equivalent \n Ability to push and pull
objects up to 60 pounds of force independently\n \n Employees are
expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety
for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds \n
\n \n Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to
20,000 steps per day \n Fundamental understanding of inventory,
supply chain and logistics concepts \n Proficiency with Microsoft
Office applications (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel) \n Strong
problem solving and time management skills; strong attention to
detail \n Strong verbal and written communication skills \n Ability
to work independently and multitask \n Ability to follows process
