Cost Accountant Cincinnati, OH Full-time | Onsite Salary: $80-110K Our client is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Cost Accountant that doesn't want to be tied to their desk to play a key role in driving operational efficiency and financial visibility across their manufacturing operations. Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off Brand new, fully renovated office space designed for comfort and collaboration Employee development programs with tuition reimbursement and certification assistance A large, established organization with the supportive feel of a close-knit team Key Responsibilities: Maintain cost accounting standards and ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX) Manage cycle counts and analyze inventory accuracy across multiple sites Develop and track key metrics for material, labor, and overhead costs Investigate standard cost variances and provide actionable insights Support inventory analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close Assist with BOMs, routing, and ERP system accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field 3 years focused on cost/inventory accounting Advanced formula Excel capabilities Large ERP experience preferred (Epicor a plus) LI-RM1 LI-onsite INJUN2025
