AP/AR Specialist On- Site | $45k-$50k About the Company Our
client is a rapidly growing, family-owned agricultural organization
with deep local roots and a strong commitment to community. As they
continue to expand, they are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR
Specialist to join their team and support their dynamic financial
operations. AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities As an AP/AR
Specialist , you will play a critical role in the financial health
of the organization by managing both accounts payable and accounts
receivable functions. Key responsibilities include: Accounts
Payable (AP) : Receive and process invoices Match payments to
invoice numbers Enter and track transactions in QuickBooks Accounts
Receivable (AR) : Record incoming payments from multiple revenue
streams AP/AR Specialist Qualifications Experience using QuickBooks
Previous AP/AR Specialist or accounting support experience Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail This is a fantastic
